The long, golden, fine-sanded beach is 8 km long, links Lignano Sabbiadoro to Lignano
Riviera through Lignano Pineta and is the main reason why Lignano has become famous
in the early 20th century.

well as the features of the sand make Lignano the ideal place to meet friends and to relax

Those who love to walk in the water under the sun can walk along the whole beach and
stop for a cool drink or a roll in one of the many beach offices standing at 200 metres
distance from each other. The admission to the beach is free and in the beach offices it is
possible to rent beach huts, beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sun loungers.
